Great view from the tower, windows can be opened. The museum itself is a bit old-fashioned, but still quite interesting and has a lot of stuff to see

On Saturdays the entrance is free, you'll only have to pay for visiting the observation tower (5 zł). No crowds, helpful staff and excellent views!
