I don't understand why they have more than 12 counters but only 4 people work at all times, including Christmas. Long queues at lunch.

Much better organised than the one on Borough Market!! With a ticket system and seating area! I don't mind coming at lunch time!

Come early on Wed-Fri from 8.30 am to avoid long queue.
