I shipped a package 1 month ago today and it still hasn't arrived. The clerk ADMITTEDLY entered my address incorrectly, and after many calls, they've made one empty promise after the next.

The staff here NEVER fills in the right paperwork & apparently it is up to you to know what they neglected the paperwork for your "insured" items. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!

The staff here is very unmotivated and seems to participate in some sort of price gouging. The prices they charge are always radically different to those advertised on the website.
