Beware, this place must be somewhere deep in the selling process, there is no other reason for such a drastic drop in service, quality, and for gods sakes just being greeted by a human being!

Probably the best cocktails in Phnom Penh. Pricy but worth every penny. Cocktails are really delicious plus service is good. Rum lovers, try thd Diplomat Old Fashion

Went back for dinner. Fabulous. Had salmon which was moist and tender. Colleague had shrimp salad that was huge/delicious. You may be attracted by the setting,but the food will keep you coming back

Oskar is a great place with an excellent vibe. We asked for the burger and the meatball pasta and they were outstanding. The cocktails are tasty too.
