Although we don't use this branch often, we live in Bexhill, my needs are remembered. I use a wheelchair and the staff are very helpful.

if you have a swipe credit card be prepared to sign it exactly as it is on the back or else the manager who apparently has a degree in signature analysis will question it's your card.

Speak slowly... Practically all the employees are Eastern European.

Don't expect them to ask for your Costa Card.... Their English doesn't widen that far.

Great coffee, and great service... Apart from the assistant manager who got my order wrong then gave me a condescending look as I asked for the order to be corrected.
