(+) Big effort in customer service. They know many people's names and orders when they see them. (-) They are consistently the slowest Starbucks, need reminders for food orders, and seem frazzled.

This is the best starbucks location! The staff is extremely nice! They always put a big smile when greeting customers! Debra, Suzanne, Paul, any many more! They r awesome! 5 stars!

Terrible service on a Saturday. Once they start making frozen drinks you don't want to order a hot drink because you'll be waiting a long time. I guess serving customers in order is not important.

The employees there were so nice to me. Thanks to them :) I got my coffee in less than 2 minutes or so! Attitude's positive, done in a quick way, plus there's empty spots! :) 5 STAR!

Never coming here again. I had one barista tell me that I should be charged for a tall when I order grande SINGLE drink and then someone else tells me it's different AND DOESN'T APOLOGIZE
