This Starbucks frequently gets our order wrong. Maybe it's just bad luck. Orders are straight off menu (no custom) and popular drinks too. I prefer the one in Murrieta by 215 fwy

If you're an in-store customer in this soulless pit of suburban sadness prepare to be ignored and treated as a nuisance while you wait 10 min for your drink as the staff caters to the drive-thru line.

I suggest you try a Venti hot Americano with 1 inch of cold heavy cream instead of half-and-half. It makes for a creamy, tasty, no carb treat!
