Lost my valet with all IDs, cards/cash here on 12-AUG. After finding my valet missing I called them and found out, they were holding it for me. The crew was very helpful and highly professional.

For the 2nd time in less than one week.. the Iced Capp machine isn't working. If you want to use your phone to pay... they don't support it. I'm using a Barrie Tim Hortons from now on!

Very poor service, stood in line for 10 min with all "in training" staff and no manager in site. All out of Tim bits and asked for more they apparently were all out at noon hour!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!
