Beautiful pub with stone flags containing Frosterley marble. An outbuilding houses a peal of bells. Great real ales.

Comfortable pub with a gastro menu. Food is delicious, well cooked and presented and staff are friendly and attentive. We want to go back again and try other dishes because they all looked so good!

Lovely staff and 5 stars from me. If yr an extra fussy eater try and ring on the day for menu options just o#in case.
