In Finland, we cook by campfire coffee in pot, it is most traditionally Finnish way of making coffee. Closest to this experience in coffee shop you get in Puistola Deli´s with dark roast coffee.

Lovely place in the heart of Oulu. Worth of visit even just for a coffee and homemade cakes and pastry. Next time I'll defineatly try the bistro!
