According to a reliable source, Samantha's has the best ceviche around. And they were right; it's amazing!!! I HIGHLY recommend it, whether or not you like seafood.

If you come here on a weekend, be prepared for some parking hassle. Best bet is behind the 7-11 across University Blvd.
