Employees are too busy doing other stuff and forget basic service protocols such as providing plates, water, and utensils. Like what to they expect? Use our hands on pasta?

Same old goodies you can find in Manila. Good Pasta Alfredo and of course good pizza! Their customer service though was a bit disappointing. :(
