Don't stay here if this is your first time in Hawaii. You'll want to stay on Kalakaua avenue for the views. With that said, this IS a nice hotel for those who are budget-conscious.

Room well sized, balcony is nice, they clean the room real well, Ihop just down in the lobby make breakfast a lot easier before you out and about, parking you gotta pay, accroos Hilton Hawaiian Villa

Great value for money. Close to both Ala Moana Centre & Kalakau Ave. Partial Ocean View rooms include breakfast at IHOP. Very friendly & helpful staff here.

Should be clearer that free breakfast is only for those who book through their page. Clean, Friendly staff, good location. Book outings online, not through concierge if you want to save money.

Booked through hotels.com...paid extra for room that includes free ihop breakfast...check in at the hotel and they say that is only available if you book through them..somebody is in the wrong

Hotel is really nice. But don't get fooled by the 'Breakfast included' thing. You get vouchers to eat at IHOP. 3 options to choose from, all nasty and one worse than the other... Too bad

The only downside to this hotel is that their wifi is patchy. Everything else made for a great stay: friendly staff, convenient location, affordable rates and a crib for my baby upon request.

Water main broke in front of the building, the elevators were down for the night so we had to take the stairs up 11 floors, and there was no running water for the night. We were not compensated.
