Very loud at nights during the weekend. I probably wouldn't stay again unless other hotels were booked up.

Do not stay here! Try any other hotel in Pismo or the surrounding areas. Staff is horrid, the rooms are dirty, they screwed up my reservations, and then my bill.

A hotel with a view and beachfront access under $90 a nt. September is the perfect time to visit and Edgewater is the place to stay!

If you don't like cold showers I don't recommend this place, and when I complained they told me no one else had complained. Customer service fail!

Clean spacious rooms with all necessary facilities. Pleasant staff and good complimentary breakfast. There's a small pool which can get a bit crowded but the motel has direct beach access.

My Uncle owns this place. Love staying here for free :-)
