If you need a taxi to the airport, ask it yourself. Don't let the frontdesk ask it for or it will never arrive

Front desk is great! There is no "premium high speed" Internet though so you're stuck with email/Internet only. Housekeeping does a pretty craptastic job cleaning half the time
