You don't have to be a hotel guest to enjoy a drink on the pool deck. Great for watching the sunset and seeing the whales.

Bring extra cash. Most places have a difficulty with using a credit card. There's lots of peace and quiet, except for the serene Ocean waves.

The secret entrance to the bell tower is o the second floor... Pull open the book case wall and enjoy :)

Definitely walk down to the Cerritos Surf Colony and check it out. Guests of the hotel and the colony have access to amenities at both locations.
