Worst experience I've had @ Holiday Inn. Kristen at the front desk, wonderful! But Heather & Gn Mngr were aggressively impolite & rude. Makes IHG look very bad. So much for my Gold Elite status!

The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. Contrary to what Andrew F. thinks, there are 2 sets of stairs at the ends of the building.

The workout room has huge windows facing a busy street, really awkward, make sure you put the blinds down

Cosetta's down the street is an amazing Italian market/restaurant deli! The Liffey, located downstairs off the lobby has a wonderful take on shepherd's pie and the Jameson Ginger ales are fantastic!

Check out Cossetta Italian Market down the street. Great deli. Tons of hot foods, pizza by the slice & salads to eat there or take to go.
