Ho avuto un problema di notte passando li vicino...ho chiesto la cortesia di poter fare una telefonata di emergenza. Lo staff in reception è stato davvero scortese e mi ha fatto pagare 3.5 Franchi!

The rooms where ok, the breakfast was great. But be prepared to pay much more for the room as offered by the Hotel. We ended up paying 100$ more for no reason.

Rooms on the road side have views of lake. Love this place - friendly staff - great pizza in restaurant downstairs. Room just what's needed. Ignore the grumpy comments - this is a good hotel

In my case the staff have been always very kind with me. The hotel is nice and the room comfortable. But regarding the restaurant, the food is not that god for the price. Go better to eat outside
