Only room left was one with a broken room door! This was after calling 6 hrs ahead to confirm reservation, 2 hrs ahead to confirm from layover and then calling no more than 20 MINUTES from airport

Not super impressed; several large spiders in the room/bathroom, we had to call and ask for our room to be cleaned since it wasn't done while we were out all day, and the hallways reek of smoke & pets

Dingy and rundown. Carpets are covered in stains. This hotel is in desperate need of a remodel. The wi-fi sucks, too.
