Great atmosphere and service. Breakfast was delicious. Pool was great for the kids. Needs a hot tub though.

The customer experience is great & I love the new M lounge!! The hotel is in need of remodel. My room reeked of dust & mildew. I scratched & sneezed all night. 😢

Actually, went to Concierge Lounge at 6:45 & no food, very disappointing. Theva at the front desk was nice enough to provide me with a $10 off food coupon.
