Качество отеля не 5*.Просили полотенца и поменять белье в ДЕТСКОЙ кровати.Оно было во «взрослых» волосах🤢ресторан 3ка.WiFi не загружается.В бассейн не полезу с ребёнком, планировали отдых.

Hotel is fine. Nice view and pool. However, shower is not practical and no WiFi in rooms.

As a result we slept through a cold night with no heating. Quite unbelievable for a so-called 5 stars hotel, which apart from the view, this hotel doesn't deserve more than 3 stars.

We checked in this hotel in mid October which was already quite a cool period especially at night. Surprisingly the hotel refused to run the central heating or does not want to run.
