They don't deserve the 4 stars. Teeny tiny freezing noisy rooms, unfriendly staff, and no room for breakfast. Disappointing doesn't even begin to describe it.

Ооочень плохая изоляция звука, слышимость сильная. Просыпаешься от шагов по коридору... завтраки более-менее.

Rooms underground are stuffy although refurbished - there's an elevator in this hotel - quite a few hotels in these parts don't have them

Recently refurbished but very small rooms and limited breakfast options. More a 3 star hotel than a 4 stars.

Lovely, clean rooms. My room didn't officially have a balcony, but the way the windows were, I could still sneak out for a smoke! The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again
