The hotel is not bad but the staff is the worst! They lost our reservation for the first day, gave us a room without hot water, misplaced the key to the room and were pining it on us... Very rude.

Quickly ran out of hot. Was traveling with friends, ones friend's door would not lock, many room doors look like they had been jimmied. Wifi free but very slow.

Great location. Walking distant to Vatican. Beds aren't made for comfort but otherwise the rooms are nice.

No sé quién le habrá dado las cuatro estrellas. Dos y media como mucho. El desayuno es regular y después de las nueve no hay de nada. Muy descuidado tanto el mobiliario como las instalaciones.
