Lovely and clean but so hot the windows don't open and the air conditioning doesn't work properly and is too loud. Beds are so uncomfortable I ended up sleeping on the sofa in the room. Dreadful stay

Lovely food with 10% discount for hotel guests. Great service and attentive staff. Nice pool too, was empty when we went. £5 a night parking though unless booked through Holiday Extras.

If you are having a meeting in the bar ask for free parking & reception will validate ticket. Great 2 for £10 lunch offer ideal for taking a lunch meeting as centrally located off M23 and Manor Royal
