Great hotel but a bit away from the city center !! Very slow check in & unprofessional staff !! Ask for the 7th floor club lounge access, if you stay here ..

You can message the hotel on WhatsApp / BBM, which is something I haven't seen in many places. Mood lighting in bathrooms is really cool!

Great saunas, lovely thermal pool and a very nice swimming pool. Too bad there's no nice view though. Didn't like breakfast buffet either, very uninspirational. Friendly staff.

One of the nicest Sheratons I've stayed at. Castle view is amazing. Looks newly renovated. Away from the craziness in touristy areas, but those places are however easily accessible by walking! L

This hotel is amazing, we stayed on the 7th floor/club lounge and we had access to the gym and spa. I'm all about health and fitness so the gym was really amazing and so was the spa.

On check-in, just drop off your bags; don't actually go to your room. You might start saying you're too tired to sight-see. Whatever you do, stay away from the mood-lit bathtub. #notYourDadsSheraton
