Nice and holding up well after about a year and a half. Staff is good. Walking distance to all of portsmouth's great restaurants.

For such a modern hotel, it has such weird throwbacks --AT&T wi-fi, no USB ports, and plugs scattered around rooms. Love the lobby, lobby bar, and service though.

The parking lot fills up especially during the NH Film Festival. Use valet if you have a reservation.
