One of the sights in Rome that you really need to visit. Built in 113 to celebrate emperor Trajan's victory over the Dacians.

A sight to see. The stairwell that goes to the top isn't open to the public but still worth a visit to this impressive structure

Another monument in Rome you can miss by inches going to Colosseo via Foro. Stop by and read about the history carved on the column and see Saint Peter on top of it
