No place like this in the USA, it is haunted by friendly ghosts, puts on puppet shows for children, and Christmas at this Victorian Mansion is beyond words....

A child in Victorian clothing has been seen on the front porch through the doors. Spirits seem playful and are thought to dwell at Korner's Folly instead of haunting.

Mostly harmless pranks from the ghosts. Footsteps heard on stairs. A woman has been reported looking out a window while the house was empty. Source: Ghosts Of The Triad by Renegar & Spease.

The house and cottage show signs of intelligent and residual spirit activity. Batteries on electronics have been drained frequently. Ghosts seem picky about who they reveal themselves to.
