Don't trust service when you have a set appointment and the amount of time it will take. I was told that it would take 45 mins or so ...Still waiting after 2hrs and no update from service

Had a terrible experiience at Apple Ford Lincoln-Apple Valley this week. Said they'd make it right in 24 hrs. It's not looking good. Stay away from this place!

Do NOT buy a car here! Terrible experience! Walked in pre-approved, completed purchase agreement and left 2 hours before closing. They sold it to someone else before the end of the day.
