They are not known for their quick service. So get ready to wait 2hrs. The most frustrating part.

Forget the Quick Service. It's not quick, and they don't let you make an appointment for an oil change. So be prepared to sit around their service area for at least 2 hours if you want an oil change.

The guy lost my sheet saying what I wanted done (oil change) on the car so it just sat there as they took cars that showed up after me.
