Hyundai's Service Department is terrible with time estimates. They told me it would take 2 and a half hours and it took 3 hours and 15 minutes. Give realistic time estimates. Terrible service!

Nice customer waiting area for service: bottled water, good coffee (one of those brew per cup jobs) - clean, flat screen, tables to work on.
