Bob Christie was great! Helped me out with test driving a 320i despite the rain that day and was very knowledgable. Even gave me a tour of the service area at the end.

They just don't give a fuck. Came in, asked about test drive of a z4. Told me to wait 20-25 minutes. Waited for whole hour, they just don't care

This place needs to get more loaners. You need to make an appointment like a month in advance to get a loaner. Aint nobody got time for that!
