This place is filthy and the owner is unscrupulous. He refused (twice) to reimburse me for damaged cards. The staff is friendly and they try, but I'd bet the owner is ripping them off too.

Foursquare asks me: "How was it?" I'll tell you. It was great. Transcendent. My laundry came in dirty and left clean. What a country.

They couldn't correct a problem but a gesture went a long way, on principle, and I appreciate it. Problems happen and I'm pleased and impressed by how Mgmt and the helpful staff conducted themselves.
