Go when it isn't busy. There is only 1 or 2 (mostly 1) window open. If you are sending a package & it's busy, use the automated machine

Stupid staff. They tell me to be prepared after waiting on line, but they were out of stickers and appropriate size boxes. They were not prepared for Christmas rush.
