The africano was a first for me. A nicely represented espresso drink. Definite must cause no one offers this kind of a drink.

Great little slice of Italy right in downtown San Jose. Great espresso drinks. Go with the cappuccino, and don't forget a nice cannoli if you're looking to treat yourself.

Upstairs loft area is awesome! Usually fairly busy, not a lot of outlets (have your electronics charged). Fresh squeezed orange juice!

The vegetarian panini w/ portabello mushroomand goat cheese is amazing -a must-try! I'm not even a vegetarian (or a fan of goat cheese) but all the flavors just came together perfectly.

This is a great shop. I disagree about the service being bad. Service is great. For example, an employee warmed up my latte after it cold without me asking.
