After waiting 20 minutes for my sandwich it was cold in the middle. My friend ordered a veggie sandwich that came with sausage.. This Dunkin is terrible.

They need to hire more people. Someone should be cleaning tables and the girl at the register should not be handling food after a transaction.

I've been here 5 minutes and have to leave another tip about the horrible service is. All of the tables are dirty, she didn't asked for sizes, and handled food after handling money without gloves.
