Seems it's popular lunch place for locals. My dish with fish was poor taste, buckwheat was too salted and fish-too industrial, added salad/greenery was overly sweet from added marinated pumpkin.

The pancakes are good indeed! Tried the one with ice cream, it was huge and tasty. But do not expect a lot of cakes, they specialise on hot food.
