okay, so although the cotton candy frappuccino looks very delicious, after the first few sips it just takes like watered down sugary milk. it's not worth the money at all

The white haired employee gets my order wrong EVERY time. I get a black & white frappe w/ no whip. I get corrected that it is "marbled".. and if I want it caffeinated. What?! Served wrong w/ whip. Ugh
