We had horrible customer service at this McDonald's in St. Marys. A young lady named Amber had rolled her eyes at me because she forgot our fries, the environmental was dirty and hot. It wasn't cozy.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. couple behind us went through the drive through after waiting in line for 10 minutes. They easily drove away 10 minutes before we got our food.
