Drive thru is extremely slow. Fries rarely fresh!

Ordered a chz burger, fries & tea. Only 1 person was ahead of me yet it took almost 15 mins to get my order. 10 mins just for the tea!

Bathrooms are dirty. Expect to clean up before using...and make sure you wash your hands AND use the antibacterial hand soap. You'll probably have to clean your table too...

Ordered a sweet tea waited 3mins for a cup, then found lobby tea empty. Asked them to fill my cup from drive-thru's tea & was ignored. 6mins wait for them to fill it and it was not even sweet tea!

The worst service I've EVER had at a McD's. And I've had bad service at McD's over the years. Run or managed by absolute idiots 6/23/13 4:50pm.

It's a shame when the front counter person doesn't know how to count change, the tall male shift manager has no clue how to run a store, guess I'll contact Casper!!
