If going through drive-thru, check to make sure your whole order is in the bag(s). We now check our bags before pulling out. Surprisingly, each time since, the order has been complete.

Check your bag. They ALWAYS get your order wrong and ALWAYS forget to put in the sauce even though they ask if you want sauce.
