One cashier working inside while a line to the door forms. And don't ask what the valentines doughnut is filled with it makes them throw ur doughnut on the counter frosting side down :(

Worst coffee. It tastes like they skimp on the hot chocolate by watering it down. Also slowest service in kamloops.

I've had bad service every time I've been here, but the food at Tim Hortons is always great and this one is in a very convenient location.
