Generous amounts of black pepper and other spices riddle the mix (70 percent pork and 30 percent beef), but one twist is especially key to the uniqueness of their smoked salami: smoked garlic.

Excellent Bbq! The ribs are saucy more like KC style. Get the smoked salami if you are looking for something new to try- very good!

Cranberry sauce is good on the turkey, but do not skip the ribs, they are AMAZING!

I really dig the turkey with the vinegar sauce - I've never been dissatisfied with any of the menu items though - it's obvious a lot of love and care are put into everything!

Everything. So good. Ribs have an apple butter rub that balances excellently with the smoky flavor. Pasta salad is phenomenal. Beans are great if you like sweet, but you can't go wrong here.
