They'll mess up your order. They don't understand English well at all. I ordered sirloin tips without mushrooms, and they added mushrooms. I asked for red potatoes, and they gave me mashed potatoes.

Best IHOP that I've ever visited and probably restaurant for that matter. Excellent service, ownership, and staff. I'll definitely make this my destination on a monthly basis. God bless the owners!
