The small plates here are not really small. Bone marrow was Ok. Smoked fish pate was pretty good. Kettle chips were quite a firm foundation for the pate.

Brussels sprouts were very good. Not bitter at all. The combination of balsamic vinegar, bacon, parmesan, lemon & maple worked very well.

Jerk duck wings were pretty good - really crispy & not too spicy if you don't suck on them. They were slightly tough but that's normal for duck.

The fried Brussels sprouts are to die for, even as someone who doesn’t like Brussel sprouts very much. Also the torched salmon was utterly perfect.

Mushroom toast was insanely good! Perfectly poached eggs. Must get the rosemary potato wedges.
