We used to love it here and come all of the time. The past 2 times have been awful. Extremely slow service, cold food, no personality server. So sad.

Prices went up considerably and the portions seem smaller. We used to love this place but $10 burgers will make our visits less frequent.

Food takes forever to get and then it was cold when it arrived.... It was the middle of the afternoon and there was no rush so I don't understand why. :(
