Place is a disaster!! Worst service ever!! Asked to wait 20 mins for a table for kitchen problems. Tried to get a drink but no bartender to be found. Help sitting doing nothing. Baffled and leaving.

I missed Tumbleweeds since all the middle TN locations closed - saw this one and had to stop. Wish I hadn't, the food was good but slow and the portions stingy. Service was ok but not much more

Was on hold for 12 minutes trying to place carry out order. Hung up when I sat down at the bar. Bartender was not sympathetic, actually kind of rude. Go to Outer Loop.

Go to the one on outer loop. It's friendlier, cleaner, and it doesn't take 3 hours to get seated and get your food. Outer loop is much better
