Airport food can be pretty hit or miss with a heavy skew to miss. Varasano’s is a welcome departure. The crust was perfect, I would have though coal fired (it’s not). The sauce (Nana’s) was great!

Add the chx to your salad. It's roasted with the perfect assortment of herbs. Loved the spinach salad a la piano music

Might not be world class Neapolitan pizza; however, this is the best pizza I've ever had at a airport! Addition of piano and great service makes it a must stop for Terminal T or A at minimum.
