New process for lab & radiology. Take a number in hallway outside waiting room entrance number. Be patient & pay attention to numbers being called. Process works well in other locations.

Pharmacy on the ground floor and the docs on 4th. OB is through the doors of the family practice and past the reception area. They have their own waiting room
