The ER is just ok but the facility on the east wing is absolutely horrible. Messed up my appointment twice and didn't apologize or accept responsibility.

If you have have an option, don't come to this hospital. Horrible customer service and even worse patient care. Doctors are no place to be seen and families are not told what is going on.
